Your Executive Coaches
Pari Namazie
CPCC/PCC
Pari works with global companies, executive teams and leaders, supporting them at all stages, starting from new leaders in transition through identifying next career moves and exit strategies. Pari also works with executive teams to improve trust and dialogue, enhance vision and execute strategy. She supports them as a trusted advisor in communication, corporate culture, leading across cultures, and building transparency.
Pari holds a PhD in International Human Resources Management (2007) and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Middlesex Business School in London.
Torsten Schuster
CPCC/ACC
Torsten Schuster is a seasoned organizational and leadership development expert with over 15 years of experience guiding leaders at global corporations such as Intel, Capgemini, and Deutsche Telekom. As a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), he empowers executives, emerging leaders, and startup entrepreneurs to achieve their highest aspirations.
With a professional yet deeply human approach, Torsten serves as a “Growth Partner” for his clients and their organizations. He cultivates psychologically safe environments that allow them to fearlessly connect with their whole selves and tap into their innate strengths. By seamlessly integrating somatic embodiment practices, neuroscience principles, and his profound expertise in organizational dynamics, Torsten facilitates holistic breakthroughs that unlock each leader’s full potential.
Torsten holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Leipzig, Germany.
