After 30 years of working with leaders and teams across the world, I’ve seen how much of leadership happens beneath the surface.
The difficult conversation everyone is avoiding. A team that keeps falling into the same pattern. Or a leader who wants to change something, but isn’t sure where to start.
I write Leadership Letters as a monthly pause from our busy day-to-day, and invite you to look at your own leadership a little differently: through a story or an observation from me.
My hope is that each letter puts words to something you may already be sensing, and helps you carry a little more clarity into the month ahead.
