Rashmi is a Coach, Cross-Cultural Trainer and Consultant. With over 30 years of work experience in diverse careers. Her first 15 years were in Corporate – Financial services in the US helping her develop a profound understanding of the challenges faced daily by corporate sector managers and employees. She ran her own consulting practice as a turnaround and start up professional, for 5 years, which included cross-cultural training – an experience that provided her with invaluable foundations for her current global coaching work. Following 7 years of extensive coaching and multidisciplinary training, in the last 5 years she has been self-employed, growing her global Coaching practice.

As a Coach, with an integrative Ayurvedic lens, she focuses on how health and personal lives show up at work. Her philosophy; “What nourishes us is not just the food on our plate”. A balanced, healthy and radiant life is created by a sense of inner well –being which permeates into all aspects of our life.

Rashmi is a Co-Active Coach, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She holds an MBA in Finance and BBA in Economics. She is cerified as an Integrative Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, NY. And in training for Ayurveda NAMA certification.

No journey is linear and Rashmi has lived a life on five continents as a diplomatic spouse for more than 20 years. This has deepened her instinct to cross-cultural issues and challenges arising from international life opportunities. She lives in Vienna and speaks English, Hindi and German.
