In my work with leaders and organisations, I often notice how much of leadership happens beneath the surface.
The conversation that is not happening. The pattern a team keeps repeating. The moment when a leader feels the gap between who they are and who the role asks them to be.
I write Leadership Letters as a monthly pause to make space these things.
Each letter brings together a personal reflection, a story or pattern from leadership and team life, a question to carry into your work, and something worth reading or listening to.
My hope is that each letter helps you put words to what you may already be sensing, so you can step into your conversations and choices ahead with a little more clarity.
